Unique Senior Care has introduced a new dementia-focused support package after achieving 100% satisfaction ratings across several of its regional branches during the third quarter of 2025.

The award-winning home care provider reported flawless results in regions such as Coventry and Solihull, with clients’ families highlighting the compassion, continuity, and professionalism of its care teams.

“We’re incredibly proud of the trust families place in us,” said Helena Hitchcox, Director of Operations at Unique Senior Care.

“Our teams are trained to support not just the practical side of care, but the emotional reality of living with dementia, for both the person and their family.”

The new dementia support bundle includes free memory cafés across Warwickshire and the West Midlands, a video guide series with practical tips for dementia care, and updated print and digital materials designed to help families facing the challenges of cognitive decline.

This initiative continues Unique Senior Care’s long-term dedication to person-centred care and local community support. Resources are being shared through partner networks, community groups, and the company’s online advice hub.

Survey results in Q3 revealed that emotional connection remains at the heart of client satisfaction. Families described Unique Senior Care as “a second family”, with one relative stating: “The carers understand my husband’s dementia better than anyone else we’ve met.” Others said: “Mum trusts them more than she trusts me now,” and “It’s like having a second family.”

Helena added: “We’re grateful for every piece of feedback we receive. It helps us improve, but it also reminds us why we do this work. People want to feel safe, respected, and cared for. That’s what we’re here to provide.”
