Hallow-Scream Munch £3.50 9.5/10
Marks & Spencer is known for its “Munch Mix” range, with new and improved versions regularly appearing on shelves — particularly around Christmas, Easter and Halloween.
This spooky batch brings together “milk chocolate-coated jelly beans, salted pretzels, rice-centred chocolates, Malt Balls and brownie pieces coated in creamy white chocolate for the ultimate sweet-and-salty mix”.
The idea is that you get a variety of flavours and textures in each bite, making for an impossibly moreish snack — and this version certainly impressed GB News tasters.
It ranked highest overall, with one reviewer praising the “great flavour combination”, while another said it has all the variety of a box of chocolates, “but with no bad ones”. One more said the mix of sweet and salty bites made it “dangerously easy to keep eating”.
