Natasha Archer, who served as the Princess of Wales’s personal assistant and stylist for 15 years, has today unveiled her own consultancy venture.

The 37-year-old departed her royal position last summer and has now confirmed the launch through social media.

“I’m Natasha – Founder & Creative Director,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a black-and-white portrait.

“After almost two decades working within private households, I’m delighted to begin this new chapter, offering discreet, bespoke advisory services for those seeking considered guidance across wardrobe, personal presentation, creative direction, and the finer details that shape important moments.”

William and Catherine have reportedly wished her well in her new endeavour.

It comes after the former royal aide unveiled a cryptic post on her newly created Instagram account earlier this week bearing her name, displaying the words “Coming soon. 02. 04. 26.”

The announcement generated enthusiastic responses from her approximately 10,000 followers, with comments including “Great news” and “So exciting.”

Ms Archer’s accompanying website remained mysterious, presenting only a black logo against a beige backdrop.

Her royal career began in 2010 when she was appointed as a personal assistant to both Prince William and Prince Harry.

Following William’s marriage to Catherine, she took on responsibilities for the then-Duchess of Cambridge and gradually became her most trusted aide.

Her dedication was recognised in June 2024 when she received a promotion to senior private executive assistant for the couple.

The mother-of-two had previously been elevated to Catherine’s personal stylist in 2014, a role in which she was credited with making the royal’s wardrobe appear more regal, reportedly at the late Queen’s request.

Ms Archer was among a select group permitted to visit Catherine at the Lindo Wing following the births of all three of her children.

In July 2013, she was spotted arriving at the hospital carrying what was believed to be the blue and white polka dot Jenny Packham dress Catherine wore when presenting Prince George to the world.

Her role extended far beyond wardrobe duties during difficult times. She reportedly collected the princess from the London Clinic following her abdominal surgery in early 2024.

Subsequently, Ms Archer was brought into the innermost circle of family and trusted friends supporting the 44-year-old princess throughout her cancer treatment, which concluded with the princess announcing her remission in January 2025.

Ms Archer’s styling expertise shaped some of Catherine’s most memorable overseas appearances.

She masterminded the princess’s wardrobe for the highly successful 2014 Australia tour, reportedly sourcing pieces from high street retailers including ASOS and Topshop.

The Canada visit in 2016 saw her curate several standout looks, among them a striking red Preen cocktail gown.

For the historic 2019 Pakistan tour, Ms Archer connected Catherine with designer Maheen Khan after discovering her work at a Chelsea boutique, commissioning bespoke pieces for the royal.

Her contributions to the Royal Family were formally acknowledged in 2018 when she was appointed a member of the Royal Victorian Order.
