Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s As Ever lifestyle brand is set to launch in Britain, marking its first expansion beyond the American market since debuting roughly 18 months ago.

The move represents a strong indication that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex intend to remain in the UK long-term, having relocated from California over the summer for what has been described as an “extended period.”

Their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, have been enrolled in school since the family’s return.

Britain will become the inaugural international market for the brand, which until now has been sold exclusively in the US.

Among the products expected to reach British shelves are tins of tea priced at £11 and scented candles retailing at £50.

Limited edition bookmarks costing £15, which are manufactured in the UK and feature handwritten phrases from the Duchess such as “Fell asleep here”, are also anticipated to go on sale.

However, certain items from the As Ever range will not be crossing the Atlantic.

Meghan’s jam and spread lines face delays owing to food import and export regulations.

Her flower sprinkles, which featured prominently in the widely criticised Netflix programme With Love, Meghan, have similarly been left off the UK launch list.

The path to the British market was not entirely smooth. In June 2025, the UK’s Intellectual Property Office delivered a partial provisional refusal regarding elements of Meghan’s proposed retail operation, stating that “the list of goods/services are so broad they do not constitute a proper list of goods/services” and citing a lack of “precision and clarity.”

LATEST ROYAL DEVELOPMENTS:

By December, however, her company successfully obtained trademark protection covering many of the products from its original application.

The expansion follows straightforward commercial logic. As one industry source told the Sun: “Any consumer business would want to grow into as many markets as possible.”
