Lewis Hamilton’s stance on Kanye West has emerged amid his new relationship with Kim Kardashian.
The 41-year-old’s romance with the A-list celebrity was confirmed on Sunday, with the pair pictured together at the Super Bowl as Seattle Seahawks secured victory over New England Patriots.
Their outing together came just weeks after it had emerged that the pair had enjoyed a romantic getaway in the UK.
Kardashian previously dated controversial rapper West, with the pair dating in 2012 before marrying two years later.
The pair share four children together: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
West is, however, an extremely controversial figure. After his split from Kardashian, which resulted in the American social media personality and socialite filing for divorce in 2021, he became embroiled in a public feud with her next partner – comedian Pete Davidson.
The rapper reacted publicly after their relationship was confirmed, posting repeated insults about the comedian on social media and giving him the mocking nickname “Skete.”

The tension escalated when West released the song and video for “Eazy,” which depicted a clay-animated version of Davidson being kidnapped and buried, prompting criticism for its threatening tone.
Davidson initially stayed quiet but later sent messages urging West to stop the harassment, even joking that he was “in bed with your wife,” which intensified the drama.
West’s online attacks became so aggressive that his Instagram account was briefly suspended for violating harassment policies.

SKY SPORTSThe situation was further fuelled by Davidson getting tattoos linked to Kardashian and her children, which some saw as provocative.
The feud later cooled after the comedian and Kardashian split in 2022.
Now, according to the Daily Mail, Hamilton has ‘no appetite’ for a public feud with West – who is yet to respond to their relationship.
The pair first crossed paths in the mid-2010s, when their celebrity circles began overlapping.
They were even photographed together, as well as with Kardashian, at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London in 2014.
At the time, Kanye and Kim were together, while Hamilton was dating Nicole Scherzinger, and the two couples were seen together at the event.
Their relationship went beyond a one-off meeting.
In 2015, Kanye even invited Hamilton to spend Easter with the family, where they reportedly bonded over music in West’s studio.
Hamilton split with Scherzinger that same year after they’d dated on and off for a number of years.
Since then, Hamilton has been linked to various celebrities and public figures, but he has generally kept details private and rarely confirms rumours.
In interviews, he has often said that the demands of elite sport make long-term relationships difficult, with constant travel, strict training schedules, and intense media scrutiny leaving little room for stability.
Hamilton has also spoken about prioritising personal growth, family, and his career during key phases of his life, suggesting that commitment to racing has sometimes come at the expense of romance.
