Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper has been left in the trenches with his Instagram followers after posting an AI-created image on his account.

Kaleb uses his Instagram to keep his fans updated on the antics he and co-star Jeremy Clarkson get up to on a daily basis.

The majority of his posts come from inside the cab of his tractor or documenting some awkward moments during his day.

He recently uploaded a AI generated image to make light of the number of potholes there are around where he lives and works.

The image showed the pothole filled with dinosaurs, trees, bushes, and moss, along with a puddle of water in the middle.

Finding the image funny and being proud of the creation, Kaleb penned: “Chipping Norton is crazy these days @thepotswolds.”

However, many of his fans didn’t take kindly to his lighthearted post, as one fumed: “This is fun but I beg of you, for all things holy, please never use AI again.”

Another added: “With everything farming represents and the representation you’ve done for it, using generative AI only comes off as hypocritical.”

The posts noted that Gerald had died after undergoing his cancer treatment

“Ew AI,” someone else simply stated before another said: “With the coming energy crisis, maybe not waste tons of oil and gas on useless AI.”

Another annoyed viewer expressed: “Less AI s**te please.” (sic)

Not all the comments were displeased with Kaleb, as one fan joked: “Well Chippy is the land that time forgot.”

Someone else joined in on the fun and expressed: “There is still a living dinosaur in Chipping Norton. The Clarksonosaurus!” (sic)

Whilst Kaleb seems to be enjoying his use of AI, Mr Clarkson previously shared his disgust of the ever-growing advanced systems after a wave of AI-generated hoax posts were uploaded on Facebook.

The posts falsely announced the death of Clarkson’s Farm star Gerald Cooper, who recently underwent treatment for prostate cancer.

The former Top Gear host condemned the fabricated stories, which spread widely across the social media platform, as going well beyond innocent rumour-mongering.

Writing in his Sun column, Clarkson described the fake content as “completely realistic” and particularly distressing for individuals who are not accustomed to media scrutiny.

The dry-stone waller and beloved “head of security” on the Prime Video farming series was the subject of the most alarming falsehood.

It wasn’t just the posts of Gerald that were fabricated, Mr Clarkson also revealed that, within a single week, fabricated stories emerged claiming farmhand Kaleb had fathered another child, that his partner Lisa Hogan had ended their relationship, and that he had suffered a broken leg.

“On Facebook this week, we heard from just my farm alone that Gerald has died, Kaleb has had another kid, Lisa has left me, and I’ve broken my leg,” Mr Clarkson wrote.

“All of the stories were accompanied by a completely realistic photograph. And all of them were complete nonsense.”

Mr Clarkson acknowledged that while he typically dismisses online fabrications, this episode crossed a boundary.

“Do I mind? Yes. Mostly because Gerald is unused to being in the public eye, and it worries him that his kids see this kind of thing online. So whoever’s doing it, pack it in,” he wrote.

Gerald has since confirmed he is “happy and cancer-free” following his treatment.
