Drivers could save thousands of pounds off the price of a new electric vehicle as Labour continues to expand the number of eligible models for the Electric Car Grant.
The £1.9billion Electric Car Grant was first launched by the Government in July last year and has already helped more than 190,000 motorists save on a new EV.
With almost 100,000 electric cars registered in September alone, an increasing number of drivers are looking to invest in zero emission vehicles every month.
