Rochdale have confirmed the signings of John-Kymani Gordon and Archie Baptiste on loan deals until the end of the season.

Gordon, 23, primarily operates as a winger and has joined from Colchester United.

He was part of the Carlisle United side which won the 2023 League Two play-off final against Stockport County while on loan from Crystal Palace.

Meanwhile Baptiste, 20, has signed from Championship club Middlesbrough and has captained Boro’s Premier League 2 side this season.

The pair are available to make their debuts for the National League leaders when they continue their promotion push with a trip to Sutton United on Saturday (15:00 GMT).
