Former Gogglebox favourite Amy Tapper has marked a remarkable milestone in her fitness journey, revealing she has now shed an impressive eight stone and two pounds.
The 26-year-old television personality took to Instagram to share the achievement with her followers, posting comparison footage showing her transformation.
The clips featured Ms Tapper in black gym attire, first waving at the camera before her weight loss, then appearing noticeably slimmer in matching footage filmed months later.
Additional segments displayed her performing arm exercises with weights, with side-by-side comparisons highlighting the dramatic change.
The emotional post was set to Olivia Dean’s track Baby Steps, with Amy writing: “Looking back so I never forget how far I’ve come. 8 stone 2 pounds gone forever.”
The transformation came after years of struggling with her weight, during which the star attempted numerous diets without lasting success.
Speaking to The Sun last year, Ms Tapper admitted she had tried everything available to lose weight, but consistently hit a wall once she reached the three-stone mark.
This frustrating pattern led her to explore weight loss injections, specifically Mounjaro, whilst maintaining her commitment to nutritious eating and regular workouts.

The combination proved transformative, taking her from a size 26 to a size 18 within just 12 months.
Ms Tapper spoke to the People’s Channel back in November about her experience with the weight loss injections and the stigma surrounding their use.
Touching upon the criticism she’s received for using the medication, Ms Tapper told Stephen Dixon and Ellie Costello: “I know, it’s honestly unbelievable
“I think that people comment when you don’t do anything, and people comment when you’re doing something because they don’t agree with it.

“Everyone’s always got an opinion, which is crazy to me. But I just think, as long as you’re doing it for yourself and you know what you’re doing is right, then you’ve just got to block them out.”
“Have you received quick criticism on social media, Amy?” Ellie asked the Gogglebox star.
She replied: “Yeah, quite a lot. You know, when I came out about being on Mounjaro, it was just a whole thing of, ‘Well, you’re on the jabs, you know, don’t flex it’, or, ‘That’s the lazy way out’.
“That’s all people say, it’s as simple as that. And for some people, it’s not. It’s not as simple as that, because I’m doing that.
“I have been for over 12 years, and it doesn’t mean that you’re going to get to where you want to get to, because some people’s bodies just don’t work like that.”
Fellow celebrity DJ Fat Tony was among those showing support in response to Ms Tapper’s latest social media update, leaving multiple heart emojis beneath the post.
Followers flooded the comments with messages of admiration, describing Ms Tapper as “amazing” and “inspiring”, with many adding fire emojis to express their enthusiasm.
One supporter wrote: “BEAUTY GIRL! You are INSANE! So very very proud of everything you have achieved!” (sic)
