Katie Price has labelled former footballer Dwight Yorke a “sperm donor” in a forthcoming podcast appearance, claiming he persistently refuses any contact with their son Harvey.
The 47-year-old made the remarks during an interview on Life Stories by Lewis Nicholls, set to be released this evening.
When the host began mentioning she had Harvey with “Dwight, footballer,” Ms Price immediately interjected with the correction: “Sperm donor.”
The former glamour model disclosed that her mother Amy, reaches out to Mr Yorke’s management team every single year in an attempt to arrange meetings with Harvey.
“Every year, my mum contacts his manager, ‘Do you want to see Harvey for his birthday? Do you want to see him for Christmas?'” Ms Price explained. “It’s always the same answer, just not interested.”
She revealed her reasoning for ensuring Mr Yorke always has the opportunity to be involved in Harvey’s life, despite the repeated rejections.
“For me, I thought it’s important that when Harvey grows up, I never want him to say, ‘Why didn’t you let my dad see me?’ and all of that,” she said in the podcast trailer.
“But Harvey doesn’t understand, which is probably a good thing.”

Harvey, now 23, lives with several complex health conditions, including autism, partial blindness and Prader-Willi syndrome.
The 54-year-old former Manchester United striker, who also has a son named Orlando, has maintained no relationship with his eldest child throughout his life.
Ms Price has previously said Mr Yorke last saw Harvey in 2012, at which point he reportedly told her he did not wish to be part of his son’s life.
The former glamour model conceived Harvey during a brief relationship with Yorke in 2001, giving birth the following May.

GETTYThe Trinidad and Tobago international initially disputed being Harvey’s father, but a DNA test subsequently confirmed his paternity.
Mr Yorke did attend the hospital following Harvey’s birth and had his name written on the birth certificate, reportedly pushing for the child to take his surname.
However, contact between father and son gradually diminished until it ceased entirely.
In a 2009 interview, Mr Yorke acknowledged he had not been faithful during his time with Ms Price.
“I think anyone who’s in a relationship would like their partner to be faithful and I’m saying I wasn’t the perfect partner; she knows that,” he admitted.
Ms Price has made numerous public appeals over the years, urging Mr Yorke to reconnect with Harvey, all without success.
Harvey himself has attempted to reach out to his father in his own way over the years.
In a poignant video shared earlier this year, the 23-year-old was filmed wearing a football shirt while calling out for his dad.
“Oi oi, Yorkie!” Harvey chanted in the clip, which Ms Price uploaded to her Instagram account, tagging both Manchester United and Mr Yorke directly.

Ms Price could be heard encouraging her eldest son in the background, cheering him on as he delivered his message.
Despite these heartfelt attempts from both mother and son, Mr Yorke has remained unresponsive.
Ms Price, who is mother to five children in total, has consistently maintained that Mr Yorke would be welcome to enter Harvey’s life at any point, emphasising she is not the type of person to prevent such contact.
