Morrisons is encouraging families to make the most of its Kids Eat Free offer over the Christmas holidays, giving parents a brilliant way to stretch their budgets during the festive season.

The supermarket chain’s deal means children can enjoy a complimentary meal and drink whenever an adult purchases a main meal costing more than £5.

Morrisons said: “Families can tuck into festive savings at all Morrisons Cafés this Christmas, as the popular Kids Eat Free offer continues all day, every day throughout the school holidays, and there’s not a Brussels sprout in sight!”

The offer applies to youngsters aged 16 and under, with kids’ meals typically worth £4 included at no extra cost.

For families looking to save even more, there is a clever way to feed four people for just £15.

By pairing the Kids Eat Free promotion with Morrisons’ Two Adult Meals and Two Refillable Drinks for £15 deal, parents can treat the whole family to a café meal without breaking the bank.

Morrisons said: “Families can also take advantage of Morrisons’ Two Adult Meals and Two Refillable Drinks for £15 deal at the same time, meaning a family of four can dine out for as little as £15 with the children selecting from the Kids Eat Free menu.”

MORRISONS

It is a particularly welcome option during the Christmas period when household expenses tend to pile up, helping families enjoy quality time together without the usual restaurant price tag.

Little ones have plenty of tasty options to choose from on the Kids Eat Free menu. Hot meal favourites include Birds Eye Chicken Dippers, Fish Fingers and Goodfella’s Mini Pizza, all served with sides and a choice of vegetables or beans.

For children who prefer lighter bites, the Pick ‘n Mix meal deal from the café fridge offers sandwiches paired with snacks and drinks.

Adults can tuck into hearty dishes from the Winter Warmer menu, featuring returning classics like Liver and Onions with Mash and Peas, Chicken, Ham Hock and Leek Casserole, and Vegetable Chilli with Rice and Garlic Bread.

While Morrisons is highlighting the offer for the festive period, it’s actually available year-round in all cafés nationwide, every single day.

Senior café trader at Morrisons, Will Reed, said: “We know Christmas can put extra strain on family budgets, especially with everyday costs continuing to rise.

“By offering free kids’ meals in all our Morrisons Cafés, we’re helping to ease that pressure and make sure children can enjoy their favourite, filling foods throughout the holidays.”
