Dara Huang has shared a glimpse into her family holiday, revealing that she and her son Wolfie have jetted off to Florida for a visit with her parents.

The Florida getaway follows recent headlines involving Wolfie’s maternal grandmother, Lily Huang, who spoke publicly about speculation surrounding Princess Beatrice’s marriage.

Dara Huang, an architect and designer, documented her trip through a series of clips and photographs posted to her Instagram story.

One video captured her and her son working out side-by-side on a cross-trainer, which Ms Huang labelled: “Life at grandmas and grandpas”.

Ms Huang also showcased her father’s impressive horticultural endeavours during the visit, revealing that he cultivates his own produce in an organic garden.

She noted that he takes great pride in growing vegetables without chemicals, even producing his own fertiliser from kitchen scraps.

Beyond his green fingers, Wolfie’s grandfather is also a skilled cook with a remarkable backstory.

Ms Huang shared that her father learned to prepare meals out of necessity during wartime, taking on the responsibility of feeding his entire family of eight when he was just eight years old.

The visit also saw Wolfie, 10, triumph at the traditional Chinese tile game MahJong, with his mother proudly documenting his winning moment.

Wolfie, whose full name is Christopher Woolf, was born in 2016 during Ms Huang’s relationship with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, which lasted from 2015 to 2018.

Mr Mapelli Mozzi subsequently married Princess Beatrice in Windsor in July 2020, and the couple have two daughters together.

Lily Huang, who hails from Taiwan and now resides in Florida, recently addressed the swirling rumours about the Princess of York’s six-year marriage, describing a potential separation as “a shame”.

The grandmother acknowledged that she and her husband, Po-Tien, have no contact with Mr Mapelli Mozzi, telling the Mail: “Why should we see him or speak with him?”

She added that while she never questions Wolfie about his stepmother, she occasionally catches sight of Princess Beatrice on television. Lily explained: “We are both very old, and my husband is sick.”

Mr Mapelli Mozzi has been travelling extensively for work recently, including trips to Palm Beach and Fisher Island near Miami.

Sources close to the royal couple have denied reports of a potential split.
