BCN has strengthened its position within the Microsoft ecosystem after being awarded Microsoft Managed Partner status. The recognition marks an important step in the company’s ongoing collaboration with Microsoft and reflects its expertise in helping organisations unlock greater value from cloud, data, security and AI technologies.

The new status enables BCN to deepen collaboration with Microsoft’s account teams, creating stronger alignment around customer requirements while increasing opportunities to bring Microsoft solutions to market together. It also acknowledges the company’s continued focus on technical excellence, Microsoft certifications and a strong record of delivering successful outcomes for organisations across the UK mid-market.

Rob Davies, CEO at BCN, said: “Achieving Microsoft Managed Partner status reflects the capability, commitment, and customer outcomes our team has delivered over many years. More importantly, it strengthens our ability to help organisations navigate one of the most significant technology shifts of our generation.

“Our ambition is simple: to help customers realise tangible business value from AI, data, cloud and security technologies through practical, secure and measurable transformation. This closer alignment with Microsoft enables us to bring even greater expertise, innovation and support to organisations looking to accelerate their digital and AI ambitions.”

Liz Leigh-Bowler, Director Partner Development at Microsoft UK, said: “As organisations increasingly look to harness the power of AI, partners like BCN play a critical role in helping customers innovate with confidence. We’re thrilled to welcome BCN as a Microsoft Managed Partner and look forward to accelerating our shared growth and customer success.”

As AI, automation and intelligent business technologies continue to reshape the workplace, organisations need experienced technology partners that can help deliver measurable results. BCN’s closer relationship with Microsoft enhances its ability to support customers in turning AI strategies into practical, business-focused solutions.

Focused on a Microsoft-first approach, BCN helps organisations create the technology foundations needed to successfully deploy and scale AI. Its expertise spans Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot, Security, Data & AI and Managed Services, providing customers with end-to-end support throughout every phase of their transformation.

The company has also incorporated Microsoft AI technologies into its own operations before delivering them to customers. This practical experience allows BCN to share proven implementation methods, real deployment knowledge and valuable operational insights that help organisations accelerate adoption with confidence.

BCN’s Microsoft credentials further reinforce its capabilities. The company has achieved all core Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, earned multiple advanced specialisations and was one of the first partners worldwide to receive Microsoft’s Support Services designation. Together, these achievements demonstrate the depth of BCN’s Microsoft expertise and its ongoing commitment to helping customers maximise the long-term value of their Microsoft investments.
