Greggs is giving its menu a seasonal refresh, with a wave of new lunch options, sweet treats and drinks arriving in stores just in time for warmer weather.

The bakery chain has unveiled seven new additions alongside the return of two fan favourites, already sparking excitement among loyal customers.

Leading the summer line-up is the return of the much-loved Red Pepper, Feta & Spinach Bake, which had previously disappeared from shelves despite building a cult following among Greggs fans.

Packed with diced red pepper, feta and spinach inside the chain’s signature golden pastry, the savoury bake has become one of the brand’s most talked-about vegetarian options in recent years.

Greggs is also leaning into lighter lunch choices for the season, introducing several new pasta pots and salad bowls aimed at customers looking for fresher grab-and-go options.

New additions include the Prawn Layered Pasta Salad, Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta, Chicken Caesar Salad with Egg, and Chicken, Grains and Greens with Egg.

The BBQ Chicken and Bacon Pasta is also making a return to stores for summer. For customers with a sweet tooth, Greggs has launched a tropical-inspired Mango & Passion Fruit Doughnut, while a new Mango Lemonade has joined the drinks menu.

The bakery giant is even offering first-time app users a free Mango Lemonade as part of a promotional deal through the Greggs app.

Meanwhile, selected branches across Scotland and the South East will also begin stocking Mini Sausage Rolls designed for sharing during picnics, parties and summer gatherings.

The menu shake-up forms part of Greggs’ wider push into seasonal and convenience-led food ranges, with the company regularly rotating limited-edition products throughout the year.

The new items are available in stores nationwide, as well as through Click + Collect, Just Eat and Uber Eats.
