A woman collapsed and died in a GP surgery after waiting days for an appointment, an inquest has heard. Jaqueline Watkins, 66, from Llanyravon, Torfaen, was feeling unwell at home for several days and contacted her GP practice for an appointment.The earliest appointment they could give her was 15:00 BST on Thursday 18 June, the hearing was told.
