A man has been charged with manslaughter after a 75-year-old woman died following a suspected burglary in north London.Police were called to Tollington Park in Finsbury Park on the night of 11 August after reports of a burglary.Rose Smith was taken to hospital, where she died the following day. An 81-year-old man was also taken to hospital and was discharged the next day.Jeffrey Dean Rose, 46, of Apsley Close, North Harrow, has been charged with manslaughter and aggravated burglary.
