More than 130 cars have been admired on London’s Pall Mall as St James’s Motoring Spectacle returned to the capital.Organised by the Royal Automobile Club with the permission of Westminster City Council, the event is seen as the curtain-raiser to the following day’s London to Brighton Car Run.
