Aldi’s special Father’s Day steak collection hits shelves today, giving shoppers the chance to spoil their dads with high-quality cuts without breaking the bank.

The star of the show is the brand-new Flat Iron Man Steak, priced at £15.99 per kilogram. This extra-large cut uses 100% British beef and is ideal whether you are firing up the barbecue or cooking in a pan.

Back by popular demand is the massive Godfather Rump Steak at £11.99 for a 28oz portion. This British rump has been matured for 21 days, which works as a centrepiece for family gatherings.

For dads who deserve something truly special, the Specially Selected Wagyu Bone-In Sirloin is back at £34.99 per kilogram. This luxurious cut delivers that famous Wagyu marbling and incredibly tender texture that melts in your mouth.

New to the range are the Specially Selected Bourbon Beef Short Ribs at £11.99 per kilogram. These British beef ribs have been slow-cooked until they are falling off the bone, with a deep smoky taste and rich bourbon barbecue sauce coating.

Both cuts promise restaurant-quality dining at home, perfect for fathers who love their meat cooked low and slow.

Shoppers can also pick up some tasty sides to round off the perfect home dining experience.

Aldi’s Skin On Beef Dripping Chips are available for £2.35 for a 750g bag, while the Specially Selected Chunky Oven Chips come in at £3.29 for 1.5kg.

For something a bit greener, the Specially Selected Cavolo Nero costs just 95p for 150g. All the sides are already in stores now, so you can grab everything you need in one trip.

It is a way for dads to have a restaurant-worthy meal without the hefty bill that usually comes with it.

Those looking to pair the new steak range with a tipple can enjoy a selection of Aldi gins, as a British Aldi gin is named the ‘Best in the UK’ – and it’s half the price of rivals.
