Pet owners looking to keep their four-legged friends comfortable during the warmer months can try out Aldi’s popular cooling range, with new and returning items coming to stores on May 14.

The standout new addition this year is the Colour Changing Cooling Harness, priced at £8.99. It works by revealing a hidden pattern when you dip it in cold water.

Once the harness dries out and the pattern disappears, customers know it is time to soak it again. Available in green or orange, it’s a great way to help prevent overheating on those extra warm days.

Another new arrival is the Elevated Pet Bed at £16.99, which keeps dogs off scorching ground during outdoor naps. You can choose between a solid grey or light green striped canopy design.

The new products will land in stores next week

For those who loved it last year, the Cooling Mat is back at just £4.99. It contains a special gel that creates a chilling sensation when your pet lies on it.

It’s perfect for popping inside crates, placing in beds, or simply lying on the floor. This summer essential comes in two green shades or a fun lemon print design.

If you’re heading out for adventures, there are handy travel accessories to grab, too. The Pet Travel Bottle, Bowl Set, and Towel are all priced at £3.99 each, making them ideal for beach trips or long walks.

When it is too hot for walks, keep your pooch entertained indoors with some great value toys. The Heavy Duty Dog Toy costs £2.49 and comes in bone, ring, or rugby ball shapes for tough chewers. There’s also the Rope Neck Dog Toy at £3.49 featuring adorable animal designs, and the Long Body Dog Toy at £2.99.

This comes as Aldi’s popular garden range has returned, including a new take on the sell-out egg chair.

According to the retailer, the star of the show is the upgraded Kamado BBQ at £244.99, which hits shelves on May 3. This grill can smoke, chargrill and sear, featuring a stainless-steel rack, temperature gauge and handy wooden folding side tables.

There’s also a brand-new Standing Egg Chair for £139.99, boasting natural wicker construction, comfy cushions and a fold-out side table for drinks. This is a new take on the sell-out hanging egg chair.
