Meghan Markle left the retreat at Her Best Life in Sydney after spending just two hours with women who had spent up to $3,200 (£1,695) on a ticket.
Arriving at the Intercontinental Coogee Beach at around 5pm local time, Meghan departed with husband Prince Harry just after 7pm.
The pair were swiftly escorted to a rugby match between the NSW Waratahs and Moana Pasifika, where they were seen gleaming and waving to fans.
Proceedings for the highly anticipated wellness retreat kicked off at 3pm, as guests arrived early, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the duchess.
VIP tickets were made available for the event at a whopping £1,700, guaranteeing private rooms and the opportunity to snap a group photograph with Meghan.
Security could be seen vetting guests with metal detectors as they arrived at the Her Best Life retreat.
Those attendees were told in advance that the event would operate under a strict “no phones, no recording” policy, which had been described as a “non-negotiable security requirement”.
Guests then attended a gala dinner, where VIP members were able to snap a personal shot with the Duchess of Sussex.

Among the notable guests at the retreat was Australian radio personality Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, who attended with her daughter Kitty.
The pair were reportedly the final attendees to arrive and the first to depart.
During the event, Meghan was seen in a Scanlan Theodore top as she spoke to the attendees, along with pal Gemma O’Neill.

“Thank you for your vulnerability, honesty and joy”.
But the fun lasted just 120 minutes. By 7pm, the Sussexes had exited the Intercontinental Coogee and made their way to the Allianz Stadium.
The remaining participants were left to continue the gala evening without their special guest.
The rest of their stay will include two nights of accommodation, a session with therapist Dr Justine Corry, meditation session with Mrs O’Neill, yoga sessions, a sound healing experience and a disco celebration.
The retreat is taking place between April 17 and 19, and has been described as “an intimate luxury weekend by the ocean designed to bring women together for powerful conversations, relaxation, laughter and unforgettable experiences.”

Meghan was previously seen in a blue striped, loose-fitting button-up shirt paired with cream high-waisted trousers during her trip to Bondi Beach earlier in the day.
In the arena, she was spotted donning a trench coat, seemingly sipping on a large glass of wine.
It marks the end of a busy final day for the couple Down Under.
On Friday morning, the Sussexes arrived at Bondi Beach, meeting survivors of the terror attack that occurred on December 14 last year.
The pair later visited the iconic Sydney Harbour, where the Duke danced with a four-year-old Australian girl before sailing around Sydney’s world-famous harbour with his wife and Invictus Games supporters.
