Armed police in Manchester swarmed to a park after a man was seen wearing a “suicide vest”.
However, it turned out the man, who was exercising in the park, was wearing a weighted vest.
GB News has spoken to Manchester Police who have confirmed that there was no threat and the man was wearing an exercise vest.
