McDonald’s is bringing festive cheer to restaurants across the UK with a brand-new Christmas menu launching on Wednesday, November 26.
The fast-food giant has teamed up with Dr Seuss’ The Grinch for an exciting collaboration that promises to add “a little magic (and mischief) to the season”.
The festive line-up features The Grinch Meal, complete with mismatched socks, gherkin-flavoured Grinched McShaker Fries, and new desserts including the Mischief McFlurry.
Making its debut is the Cheesy Chicken Stack, while the beloved Big Tasty burger returns with fresh customisation options.
McDonald’s describes the new menu as “packed with merry burgers, delightful desserts, tasty sides, and hot or cold drinks to make the season even jollier”.
The Grinch Meal offers customers three options – Big Mac, 9 Chicken McNuggets, or McPlant – each served with the new Grinched McShaker Fries, a drink, and limited-edition mismatched Grinch x McDonald’s socks “to keep your toes toasty this winter.”
The standout addition is the Grinched McShaker Fries, which brings “a gherkin-flavoured twist” to McDonald’s classic fries.

The fast food giant describes them as “perfect for pickle lovers”, instructing customers to “sprinkle, shake, and savour the moment”.
Sweet treats are taking centre stage with the Mischief McFlurry, which combines soft dairy ice cream with Smarties, Christmas tree decorations, and strawberry sauce.
McDonald’s calls it a dessert that “delivers on flavour and festive fun”.
The Grumble Pie offers “seasonal comfort” with its apple, cranberry, and custard filling wrapped in green pastry, described as “festive, fruity and full of joy”.
There’s also a Chocolate Brownie McFlurry featuring brownie pieces and chocolate sauce for “pure seasonal indulgence”.
Making its festive debut, the Cheesy Chicken Stack features a crispy-coated chicken breast fillet with mega cheese melt, a cheese slice, lettuce, and chipotle salsa – think “stacked, indulgent, and here to steal the spotlight”.
Fan favourites are making a welcome return, with Cheese Melt Dippers back by popular demand, served with tomato dip and available as a Sharebox.
The Big Tasty burger returns in 2025 with exciting new options.
For the first time, UK customers can choose between a single or double patty version, although it’s still made with that “iconic, smoky Big Tasty Sauce fans know and love”.
Both versions can be customised with bacon for “those big hunger moments”.
