A Pink Ladies protester has blasted the state of Britain while she took aim at the number of “unfettered men rocking up on our shores”.
The group of demonstrators, often donning pink clothing while brandishing rose-tinted Union Jacks, have taken their campaign from Canary Wharf to Epping, and now to Chelmsford.
Speaking to GB News star Alex Armstrong, Pink Ladies demonstrator Lorraine opened up about why she has joined the movement.
“I have a deep love and passion for this country,” she told Alex. “And I’m absolutely petrified of where the direction that this country is going in.
“We’re allowing unfettered, unknown men just to literally rock up on our shores. We know nothing about them.
“I want the world to be safe. Safer as it was when I was born. I was fortunate to be born into a high trust society, and that has gone.
“And I wonder, why is this happening? Why are we allowing these people just to rock up? Then it’s not safe any longer.”
By the end of October, more than 36,800 individuals made the perilous journey across the Channel to disembark on British shores.

The figure has meant that the crossings have surpassed the 2024 total altogether, with arrivals around 30 per cent higher than at the same point the year before.
However, at the same time, it was revealed that HMP Chelmsford had mistakenly released an Ethiopian sex offender. The incident kick-started a nationwide manhunt for the small boat convict.
Hadush Kebatu returned to officers on five occasions for his deportation but was turned away.
The sex offender was eventually recaptured two days later in Finsbury Park in London, and later deported – but not before authorities sent him on his way with £500.

Four days later, it was revealed that another manhunt was underway for another sex offender who had overstayed his visa, Brahim Kaddour-Cherif.
As a result, a national debate emerged on how to address the rising number of crimes committed by migrants who are not being deported from the UK.
Alex asked if Lorraine believes more women must speak up and join the anti-migrant protesters – or if they believe that they are doing “enough for everybody”.
“What comes to mind when you say that to me is the saying, and I believe I might be wrong, but I know a wise old man said it years and years ago, and that was tolerance and apathy are the last virtues of the dying race,” she said.
Calling on more to join the movement, she said: “I believe this country is worth fighting for.”
At the start of October, the Pink Ladies marched in London after Kebatu, 38, was first convicted of the sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl.
At the Westminster protest, leader of City Hall Conservatives Susan Hall told GB News: “I’m a Pink Lady, I’m a mother, I’m a grandmother, and I’m concerned about my children and grandchildren.
“And quite rightfully, everybody that is here is here for the right reason. They’re here because of community safety, that’s what they’re worried about.”
