The body of a man has been pulled from the water at Salford Quays

A man’s body has been pulled from the water at Salford Quays, police have said.

Emergency services were called at 09:17 GMT.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed a body had been found and subsequently recovered.

Formal identification has yet to take place, said a force spokesperson.
