James McAlpine, 22, believed to be the tallest Conservative , and soon could be the tallest politician in Britain at 7ft 2in, spoke to GB News following Kemi Badenoch’s address today.

During her speech, the Conservative leader announced that, if elected, the party would scrap Stamp Duty on homes altogether, a policy likely to appeal to younger voters.

Mr McAlpine told GB News: “Kemi is a fantastic leader, especially with the young Conservatives, which she’s now increased the age to 30.

“That gets more of us in the party and more of us involved. It’s very important to have young people involved because we are the future of this country.”

Hailing from Scotland, McAlpine has become a social media favourite, and if he achieves his ambition of becoming a councillor and MP, he would break the Guinness World Record for the tallest politician.
