Geoffrey Deuel died at the age of 81 on December 22 in Largo, Florida.
Deuel was best known for his roles as Dave Campbell in The Young and the Restless from 1973 until 1977, and Billy in the Kid in Chisum in 1970.
He was on the TV drama called Twelve O’Clock High in 1966. And he had TV roles in shows like The Monkees, The Invaders, Mod Squad, and Occasional Wife.

He passed while in hospice care after struggling with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

In 1966 he was on Twelve O’Clock High as an American pilot in the episode Graveyard.
In 1967 he was on Occasional Wife, The Monkees, The Invaders and Bonanza.
The next year he could be seen in The High Chaparral and The Flying Nun. From 1968 to 1973 he did four episodes on The F.B.I. as characters Robert Benderson, Eric Stone and Sergeant John Abrams.
In 1969 he was Paul Banner on Adam-12 then he popped up on The Mod Squad.
He did two episodes of Mannix. In the 1970s he was in Mission: Impossible, Cannon, Toma, The Magician.
His big break came in 1970 with Chisum, where he starred as Billy ‘The Kid’ Bonney opposite John Wayne.
He was in two episodes of The Streets of San Francisco in 1973 and 1974 opposite Michael Douglas and Karl Malden: he played Inspector Glenn Decker on the episode Commitment and Greg Bane on the episode Deadline.

Geoffrey, a New York native and graduate of University of South Florida, is survived by his wife Jacqueline and his younger sister Pamela.
Geoffrey’s younger brother was the late actor Peter Deuel.
He was known for his role as Hannibal Heyes in ABC’s Alias Smith and Jones.
