Chris said it is important to follow an exercise plan rigidly, explaining: “Stick with the routine for at least eight to 12 weeks to see significant results.”

Water can boost the metabolism, which is the part of your body responsible for fat-burning. It can also suppress your appetite as thirst can be mistaken for hunger.
