Hertfordshire has spent the most on 20mph speed limits in the last three years, with the council spending £4.6million.

This was closely followed by Oxfordshire (£3,029,200), Cornwall (£2,664,026), Neath Port Talbot (£2,126,000) and Aberdeenshire (£2,107,654).
