Toxic DEI policies are infecting our institutions and putting lives at risk

Henry Nowak’s murder was supposed to have been a line in the sand. We were supposed to have learned from it.

However, it has become clear, after all that big talk last week about how the anti-white racism and toxic DEI policies infecting our major institutions were going to be stamped out, that absolutely nothing has changed. And probably never will.

Because this week we hear the NHS is telling doctors not to section too many black, mentally ill patients because it looks racist. Seriously?

It doesn’t matter if they are raging psychotic druggies, would- be killers and rapists, or violent criminals who carry knives; the NHS edict is they are not to be sectioned if they are black. What kind of indefensible lunacy is this?

One senior psychiatry professor said: “You’re seen as failing a little bit if you admit a black person, whereas if you admit a white person its clear they are very ill and needed it.”

Again, I ask, what kind of anti-white lunacy is this? Just who are these moron clinicians and policymakers telling doctors not to section mentally ill individuals if they are black?

They need to be named, shamed and jailed because they are a damn sight more dangerous than the mentally ill Black people they are stopping from being treated. If a Black person who should have been sectioned but was not because of some stupid DEI policy then goes on to kill, the person who facilitated that should also be held responsible.

And by “held responsible”, I do not mean a smack on the wrist and a verbal warning. I mean, they should be taken to court and charged with aiding and abetting a killing, rape, stabbing, whatever the crime was.

Thet are every bit as culpable. Had they done their jobs and not been obsessed with not looking like racists, the schizophrenic would not have been out on the streets, able to hurt people.

And it is not like we have limited experience of what happens if mentally ill people fail to be sectioned thanks to woke equality policies. Remember Valdo Calocane?

He is the paranoid schizophrenic who was turfed out of his psychiatric ward because some NHS clinician thought there were too many Black people on the ward that day and it looked racist. The result of that insanity was caretaker Ian Coates was slaughtered.

As were the beautiful students Grace O’Malley Kumar and Barnaby Webber. Those three people would be alive today had it not been for the decision of idiot clinicians who care more about being called racist than they do about people’s mental health and the safety of the British public.

Yet even after Calocane, we now hear, thanks to an investigation by The Telegraph, NHS policy documents exist showing doctors are still being told to reduce the detentions of Black people in the name of equality.

What the hell has equality got to do with mental illness? The latest statistics show there are more black, mentally ill people detained than whites, which surely is an argument for treating them, not throwing them back onto the streets where they can cause harm.

The fact is black people are 3.5 times more likely to be detained by mental health services. That is nothing to do with racism and everything to do with social disadvantage, family breakdown, school exclusion, absent fatherhood, social deprivation and cannabis use.

These are medical facts. So, what kind of idiot refuses to admit a potentially dangerous mentally ill person to hospital for much-needed treatment because of the colour of his/her skin?

Most importantly, doctors are desperately worried by reducing the number of black people being sectioned, these DEI bods are depriving mentally ill black patients of the help they so desperately need. They are literally punishing them by not helping them precisely because they are black.

But hey! What do they care as long as they have ticked their diversity boxes? How can we have these types of people working in the upper echelons of our health service – those who are making life so much harder for black people by refusing them the treatment that will stop them hurting themselves and others?

One former NHS doctor said: “Once a patient has psychosis we shouldn’t perform sociology. We should perform medicine.”

Why aren’t the Wokies listening? I’ll tell you: they care more about their silly spreadsheets, about box ticking and about polishing their DEI credentials than they do about people’s lives.

And that is not the kind of people we need in charge of our NHS. It is precisely because of those lunatic policies Calocanne was kicked out of his psychiatric unit and went on to kill three people.

His clinicians decided there were too many black faces on the ward, and so the dangerous Calocane was released back onto the streets with catastrophic consequences. I am sorry; it is not racist to say there are more mentally ill Black people than there are white people if it is a medical fact.

And it is. Does not all this show how much our NHS and our major institutions have lost the plot with diversity and equality?

The worst thing that could ever happen to them is to be accused of racism.

And so they would rather let sick people go without help; they’d rather innocent civilians be slaughtered; and they’d rather entire institutions betray the people they exist to protect than be accused of being racist.

It is not just the schizophrenics who are sick. Those NHS clinicians and DEI slaves are way sicker.
