The Block judge Marty Fox has off-loaded his country getaway in Victoria for a cool $2.05million.
The high-flying real estate agent and his wife Charlotte bought the original 50s era cottage on the Mornington Peninsula for $1.55m in 2021.
The couple, who are based in Melbourne, then splashed out on an extensive renovation, converting the home into a four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday pad.
Located just minutes from nearby Safety Beach, the luxury Red Hill spread has now been snapped up after just two months on the market, reported the Herald Sun on Thursday.
When listing the property in September, Fox and his wife announced that due to their busy schedules, they did not have time to visit the retreat so they were selling up.
They have since moved to a large home in the ritzy suburb of Toorak.

Maintaining its cosy 50s facade, the home offers a modern update, including an alfresco backyard ‘party’ zone.
The carefully designed floor plan features a large family room with an original fireplace which opens out to a covered patio with built-in BBQ.
There’s also a self-cleaning heated pool surrounded by a timber entertainment deck.
The home also boasts two fireplaces to keep occupants warm and cosy throughout, polished hardwood floors, and plantation shutters.
The lavish kitchen, meanwhile, boasts marble finishing, French blue cabinets and a breakfast island.
Other features include a self-contained bedroom-studio, an in-ground trampoline and an irrigation system to maintain the expansive garden area, which features pear trees.
Marty is the chief executive of WHITE FOX Real Estate, which he co-founded with his wife, Charlotte.
He first appeared on last year’s season of The Block as a semi-regular judge before returning for this year’s drama-filled season.

He started carving out his career as a real estate agent at the age of 21 before going on to start his own agency.
Fox recently revealed he tried to get permission to bid in the 2024 Block auction after being left impressed by one team in particular.
This season, Fox featured on Nine’s hit series as a judge alongside Shaynna Blaze and Darren Palmer.
He admitted he tried to get Channel Nine’s permission to submit a bid in the auction but was knocked back.
The judges do not put forward any of their offers of their own.
However, Fox said it was Courtney and Grant’s home that left him wanting to put his offer in this year after being impressed by their main bedroom reveal.
He told realestate.com.au : ‘So maybe I will have to twist some more arms!’
Despite seemingly backing Courtney and Grant, the seasoned real estate guru insisted, unlike in previous years, he could not predict a winner in the competition.
‘Every time I watch The Block, or I have, you know, been a judge last year, or an auctioneer year’s prior, you can kind of get a really good sense of who’s going to win, whereas this one, no can actually pick who’s going to win,’ he added.
In the end, Maddy and Charlotte walked away winners after Adrian Portelli spent $3.50 million on their renovation.
