Tesco has rolled out its latest Clubcard Challenge, offering chosen customers the opportunity to accumulate up to 5,000 bonus loyalty point, the equivalent of £50 in store spending.

The promotion went live on August 3 and will remain open until September 13, giving participants roughly six weeks to rack up the maximum reward.

Shoppers who complete a full set of personalised shopping tasks through the supermarket’s app stand to collect the entire points haul, which can then be redeemed as Tesco vouchers or converted into rewards worth double through more than 100 partner brands such as Cineworld, Hotels.com, Disney+ and RAC.

To take part, Clubcard holders must pick 10 individual challenges tailored to them through the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app, with tasks completable both in store and via online shopping.

Finishing all 10 unlocks the full 5,000-point bonus.

However, the scheme is not open to every loyalty card holder with only those specifically selected will receive a notification within the app inviting them to join.

Alongside the points challenge, Tesco is running a separate prize draw with 40 four-star all-inclusive Mediterranean holidays available to win.

Each trip comes bundled with £500 in cash and complimentary travel insurance for the journey.

To be in with a chance of winning one of those getaways, customers need to spend a minimum of £25 in a single transaction, whether shopping in store or online, during the window between August 3 and September 1.

Every qualifying shop counts as an individual entry into the draw, meaning frequent visitors can significantly boost their odds.

Winners will jet off on an all-inclusive break at a four-star resort in the Mediterranean, with the £500 cash prize and free travel cover included as part of the package.

This gift card deal has been available in participating Tesco stores since July 27 and runs until August 23, though stock is limited.

The One4all card is accepted at a variety of well-known dining chains across the country, among them Nando’s, wagamama and PizzaExpress, making it suitable for anything from birthday dinners to casual catch-ups.

Notably, customers are being reminded that the 500 points earned can be stretched further still.

Clubcard vouchers are worth twice their face value when used with over 100 Tesco Reward Partners, and at certain restaurant chains including Pizza Express, Zizzi and Las Iguanas, their value triples, turning that £5 voucher into £15 off a meal.
