Six men have been arrested in drugs raids which aimed to target the supply of heroin and crack cocaine in Salford.
About 50 police officers were involved in the operation, which took place at five addresses in the Pendlebury and Clifton areas of the city at 0530 BST.
Officers seized drugs which are believed to be cocaine and heroin, cash and two high-value mountain bikes, which are suspected to have been stolen.
Ch Insp Lee Gridley said the raids were the “result of months of evidence gathering” by Swinton’s neighbourhood teams to “take action against people who prey on the vulnerable”.
He added: “Hopefully this operation will disrupt the supply of Class A drugs across Salford and all we can do is ask communities to give us the information we need and we will act robustly.”
