Shoppers hunting for ways to stretch their budgets this spring can pocket £30 in free cash for their weekly supermarket shop.

Major grocery chains including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Iceland are all participating retailers, alongside high street names such as Boots and Argos.

TopCashback is rewarding new members who register on their website before this Friday, March 6.

Shoppers can receive a £30 cashback bonus by signing up as a new member through a dedicated landing page and spending at least £5 with a participating retailer.

To qualify, users must make a purchase of £5 or more through the platform at any eligible retailer, although some brands are excluded, including takeaway merchants and certain contracts such as mobile phone or broadband deals.

Delivery charges may also not count towards the minimum spend.

The promotion is only available to new members and limited to the first 10,000 people who sign up using the specific link.

Registration must take place between February 23, 2026 and 11.59pm on March 6, 2026.

Once earned, the £30 cashback bonus can be claimed at any point within three years.

Those looking to reduce their household bills can also take advantage of current Asda promotions aimed at helping families save.

The supermarket is providing Rewards members with a £2 voucher when they spend £12 or more on cleaning and household essentials, covering paper products, laundry supplies and kitchen items, with the offer valid until March 12.

An Asda spokesman said: “We’re focused on giving families more ways to save on the things that matter most.”

Additionally, the retailer has launched two-for-£5 mix-and-match deals spanning cheese, butter, yoghurts and various other refrigerated staples, offering further opportunities to cut weekly shopping costs.

Customers seeking to maximise savings should also pay attention when browsing supermarket aisles, as own-brand products can sometimes catch shoppers out.

Retailers including Asda, Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury’s typically stock three tiers of own-label goods: standard, budget and premium ranges.

However, the cheapest-looking option is not always the most economical choice.

Experts advise scanning all available alternatives before selecting items such as pasta, bread or sauces, as price differences between tiers can vary unexpectedly.

Those wishing to access Asda’s current deals can join the Rewards scheme by downloading the mobile app or creating an Asda Groceries account online.
