Scott Cam announced the auction order and revealed this season’s reserve prices on Sunday’s finale.
All five properties from this season’s Block, located in Cowes on Phillip Island, are set to go under the hammer with a price guide of $1.7 to $1.95 million.
Kicking off the auction is House 2, helmed by Courtney and Grant, who enter the ring with a reserve of $1,950,000.
Next up are Kylie and Brad with House 4, also set at $1,950,000.
Known for their rollercoaster journey through ‘flirt-gate’ and their unexpected return to the finale, they’ve been the season’s most talked-about couple.
In the third spot, Kristian and Mimi bring House 5 to auction, standing out with a slightly lower reserve of $1,900,000.
Ricky and Haydn take the fourth position with House 3, also valued at $1,950,000.
Their hope is that the interest generated by previous teams will continue to carry through to their home, making the most of their vibrant and stylish designs.

The news comes after Kylie and Brad Baker sensationally returned on Sunday night in time for auction day after the mother-of-four vowed she would never return to the Channel Nine show during a foul-mouthed tirade last week.
The controversial couple walked off the set of the show last Sunday in spectacular fashion, with Kylie unleashing a foul-mouthed tirade before disappearing into the night.
In recent weeks, Kylie and husband Brad saw their seven-year marriage implode on-air when the Cairns-based tradesman told fellow contestant Mimi Belperio he would ‘follow’ her OnlyFans account if she had one.
In a dramatic lead-up to the final round of judging last week, tensions reached boiling point when Kylie ordered her team to stop work just hours before the last reveal and abruptly left.

The couple’s return on Sunday night sparked fierce reactions from fans, with many questioning why they were allowed back on the set.
On X, formally known as Twitter, fans voiced their concerns over Kylie and Brad’s continued involvement in the show.
‘Kylie and Brad should be disqualified and the profits shared between the tradies,’ one user exclaimed.
Another user added, ‘Being allowed to return just diminished the behavioural standards for future contestants.
‘That behaviour should have been used as an example that it will not be accepted.’
