Sarah Ferguson has been spotted for the first time since Prince Andrew’s “£1million-a-year” allowance was axed by King Charles, according to new claims.
The former wife of Prince Andrew is currently in Australia, just weeks after King Charles and Queen Camilla visited the country.
The Duchess of York, 65, attended a literary event at Joondalup Resort, where she signed copies of her books.
She donned a little black dress under a pink blazer for the occasion, pairing these with black heels.

Sarah’s outing comes after the King, 75, instructed his Keeper of the Privy Purse, the monarchy’s finance director, to sever the Duke of York’s annual personal allowance.
This is believed to be in the region of £1million a year.
Royal commentator Robert Hardman made these claims in his updated biography.
The updated edition of Hardman’s biography, Charles III: New King. New Court. The Inside Story, is being released in hardback with three new chapters.

In addition, the King, 75, is thought to be no longer paying for Andrew’s seven-figure private security detail.
A source told The Mail: “The duke is no longer a financial burden on the King.”
The King is also understood to want Prince Andrew, 64, to move out of his home at Royal Lodge, where he lives with his ex-wife Fergie.
Hardman additionally claimed that Queen Elizabeth II would have likely forced the Duke of York to downsize and move to Frogmore Cottage, the former home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Andrew has not received an income since he stepped down as a working royal, after discussing his friendship with the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein during his 2019 Newsnight interview.
King Charles has since been funding the duke’s security, as well as providing him with a hefty allowance.
