Santander unveiled a fresh lineup of Fixed Rate ISAs, with returns reaching as high as 4.70 per cent AER/tax-free.

The range, which went live on 4 August, features four products spanning one to five years.


The standout offerings are the three-year and five-year terms.

The three-year ISA pays 4.65 per cent, while the five-year option delivers 4.70 per cent. Both rates sit at the top of the market among high street providers.

The new Fixed Rate ISA range1 includes:

  • 1 Year Fixed Rate ISA (12 months): 4.50 per cent AER/tax-free
  • 2 Year Fixed Rate ISA (24 months): 4.50 per cent AER/tax-free
  • 3 Year Fixed Rate ISA (36 months): 4.65 per cent AER/tax-free
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate ISA (60 months): 4.70 per cent AER/tax-free

All returns are guaranteed for the duration of the chosen term.

Savers who move an existing ISA from another provider to Santander can also pick up a bonus.

The bank is handing out up to £400 in TLC hotel vouchers to customers who transfer a full external ISA with a balance of at least £25,000 into one of the new fixed rate products.

Partial transfers do not qualify. The full balance must be moved across from a non-Santander ISA.

The vouchers can be redeemed at more than 1.5 million hotels around the world.

Popular chains covered include Marriott, Hilton, and Millenium hotels.

The switching incentive is designed to give savers an immediate reward on top of the competitive interest rates on offer.

To be eligible for the voucher offer, customers must open one of the new Fixed Rate ISAs from 4 August 2026 onwards, before the promotion is withdrawn.

They then need to complete a transfer instruction, either online or in branch, within 14 days of opening their account. Applicants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.

Joao Soares, Head of Savings at Santander UK, said: “At a time when many savers are looking for both certainty and value when it comes to their money, our new Fixed Rate ISA range offers customers guaranteed and competitive longer-term rates.

“For eligible customers who choose to transfer an external ISA to Santander, the added benefit of up to £400 in hotel vouchers means they can enjoy a reward today, while continuing to build their savings for tomorrow.”
