Salford City have signed Taylor Allen on a season-long loan from League One side Wycombe Wanderers.
The 26-year-old played 36 games for Wycombe last season, but has only appeared in an EFL Trophy game so far this campaign.
But he is experienced in League Two, having spent four seasons with Walsall before joining the Chairboys.
“The squad’s in a really good place with some really good players, hopefully I’m adding to that to help the lads get to where we want to get to,” he told the club’s website.
Salford are yet to pick up a point in the league this season, having lost their first two games, and play away at Shrewsbury Town on Saturday (15:00 BST).
