Ryanair has issued a warning of potential flight disruptions to and from the UK today due to high winds.
The airline said affected passengers will be notified of any changes to their travel plans.
It said: “Passengers travelling to and from the UK on January 26 should check their Ryanair app for the latest updates on their flight.”
The airline expressed regret for any inconvenience, noting that the weather conditions are “outside of Ryanair’s control and affect all airlines operating to and from the UK” today.

The warning comes as strong winds are expected to impact travel throughout the country.
The Met Office has issued yellow warnings for wind, rain, snow and ice across the UK.
A strong weather system is expected to move into the southwest this morning, bringing a period of powerful south-to-southeasterly winds and heavy rainfall.
The heavy wind and rain will spread to other southern and western areas throughout the day.
Wind gusts are expected to reach 50 to 60mph across many areas of the country and could intensify to 70mph in exposed coastal areas and around hills.
For Scotland specifically, longer journey times are expected with a yellow warning in place for snow and ice.
The Met Office warns of potential icy conditions, with some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths likely to develop icy patches.
Some areas may experience short-term power outages and disruptions to other services.

The Met Office provided advice to the public on what to do with weather warnings.
“When a weather warning is issued, the Met Office recommends staying up to date with the weather forecast in your area,” the weather service stated.
“Give yourself the best chance of avoiding delays by checking road conditions if driving, or bus and train timetables, amending your travel plans if necessary.
“If you are on the coast, stay safe during stormy weather by being aware of large waves.”
