Watch the moment Richard Tice and Camilla Tominey locked horns live on-air over the future make-up of Reform UK’s Cabinet, where Nigel Farage is set to unveil his top picks for a future frontbench.

Previously, Robert Jenrick, nicknamed “Johnny-Come-Lately” by the GB News presenter, had been tipped to snatch the Chancellorship from the grasp of the party’s deputy leader.

On the People’s Channel, Camilla and Mr Tice were soon talking over one another, vying to get a word in edgewise over his fate within the party.

First, the host heaped praise onto her guest, claiming he was speaking “like a future Chancellor” as he discussed the potential impact of a more left-leaning Prime Minister moving into No10.

She said: “Yet we read and it hasn’t been denied by Reform, that actually you wouldn’t get that post in a future Farage Government.

“It would go to the ‘Johnny-Come-Lately’ that is the former Tory Robert Jenrick. How have you allowed Robert Jenrick to usurp you?”

But the Boston and Skegness MP simply delivered a diplomatic response.

“Patience is a virtue,” he calmly told Camilla.

“There is so much to do to running a country. There’s so much talent within Reform at the moment and with other people that are going to be elected, we’re preparing, we’re getting ready. We’ve got working groups looking at all this.

“We’ve got a range of excellent, strong talent that can do all of the multiple jobs that are required in a Cabinet.”

“Okay, so are you saying that you’re not going to be the Chancellor?” Camilla grilled.

“Now my whole focus is on getting Reform elected to Government.”

“Business and energy?” she smiled.

But Mr Tice refused to budge, grinning back: “We would all be delighted to help Nigel as Prime Minister in whatever role is deemed appropriate at the time.”

The pair were engulfed in a row over Mr Tice’s future in the party

“When when you found out that Robert Jenrick is now Nigel Farage’s pick for Chancellor, you were delighted, were you?” the GB News star teased – but to no avail.

“The point is, nobody at Reform has told us this is wrong. Let me go through the roll call of jobs,” she started.

But when Mr Tice repeated she was getting ahead of herself, she simply shut him down by exclaiming: “Let me finish!”

“Robert Jenrick… former Tory, Foreign Office, Nadhim Zahawi, former Tory. You’re getting another “Johnny-Come-Lately”.

“Home Office to be run by Zia Yusuf. I was under the impression he wanted the Chancellor job… To have both been pushed aside for Bobby J!”

Ever since Mr Farage began welcoming prominent former ex-Tory Ministers to his ranks, including the likes of Mr Jenrick and former Home Secretary Suella Braverman, accusations of future infighting have been slung at the party.

Andrew Rosindell and Nadhim Zahawi are also among some of the big names to have switched allegiances over the past weeks.

But the recruitment of the former Conservatives has reignited debate over the possiblity of “infighting” between the big beasts, many of whom have often taken part in a war of words online in the past.

For instance, Mr Yusuf and Mr Jenrick have previously refused to shy away from mud-slinging, launching political jibes at one another in the public eye.

But now the policy chief appeared to change his tone towards the new recruit, telling GB News a few weeks ago: “The group of us had dinner just a couple of nights ago, and as I said, we’ve got a great working relationship.”
