A Reform UK MP has issued a spine-tingling warning if Nigel Farage is not Britain’s next Prime Minister by the next general election.

Joining GB News today, Sarah Pochin told Martin Daubney we were “at risk of losing our country for good”, adding “all hope is lost” if Reform UK was not the next party to hold the keys to Downing Street.

Her words echo that of fellow MP Danny Kruger, who admitted he felt fearful if Reform UK did not win the next election, or did and then “made a mess of it”.

“The only chance of unity for our country is Reform,” the former Tory told PoliticsHome. “If we don’t win, or if we win and then make a mess of it, I do fear for our country.”

However, he said he was in no rush to be tested by the British public, adding: “We’ll be ready when we have to be.

“There’s not going to be a General Election tomorrow. We are getting ready at pace.

“I would like more time, because I think we will benefit from having our ideas kicked around by more people with expertise.”

Now, speaking to the People’s Channel, Ms Pochin piled onto his train of thought.

“I think Danny’s absolutely right,” she said. “I think and I say a lot… we are one election cycle away from losing our country for good.

“If Reform do not win the next election… I think we will, I’ve got no doubt about it… but if we didn’t, then really all hope is lost when it comes to ensuring that our culture and our laws remain sovereign.

“That and our borders are finally secured. If Reform does not form the next Government, then that will not happen and it will run away with us.

“It cannot go on and nobody wants to in any way call for or suggest that civil unrest is acceptable. Of course it isn’t. But the level of frustration in this country is reaching boiling points.”

Nevertheless, the MP added she knew it would be “tough” to encourage anti-Reform movements embedded within the Civil Service, Unions and other key Westminster institutions.

“We know we’re going to be up against it when we when we get it into power. But it’s all about the will of the Government,” she told Martin.

Marvelling at the ability of Italy’s Giorgia Meloni to crack down on the nation’s small boat crisis, she hit out at Labour and the Conservatives not having “no desire to turn these boats around, or detain and deport illegal immigrants”.

In his first speech as Reform’s home affairs spokesman, Zia Yusuf announced the deportation of illegal migrants would be launched as a “burning” priority on his watch.

Branding it the UK Deportation Command, employed officers would “track down, detain and deport all illegal migrants”. Mr Yusuf also pledged to run five return flights a day.

Meanwhile, Labour’s chairman Anna Turley brushed off Reform’s ambitious migration plans as a “direct attack on settled families and fundamentally un-British”, citing her party as having removed 60,000 illegal migrants since taking office.

She added: “Alongside firm enforcement and the removal of incentives that draw illegal migrants, we are also opening capped safe and legal routes to provide sanctuary to those fleeing war, in a way that is orderly and controlled.”

Meanwhile, Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp slammed Mr Yusuf for “copying and pasting Conservative plans”, reiterating his party’s pledge to leave the European Convention on Human Rights, deport all illegal immigrants and ban asylum claims from illegal entrants.
