Princess Beatrice’s three-year-old daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi made her first public appearance with the Royal Family on Thursday at Buckingham Palace’s annual pre-Christmas lunch.
The toddler, born in September 2021, was named after her late great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
Until Thursday’s gathering, Sienna had never been seen at a public royal event, with her parents choosing not to share any pictures of her publicly.
The young royal attended the festive celebration alongside her parents, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, marking a significant milestone in her public royal life.

The young royal was photographed in the backseat of a car as her family departed the Palace gathering.
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo were seen smiling as they left the Christmas lunch in their vehicle.
Sienna’s debut comes amid a royal scandal concerning her grandfather, Prince Andrew, who pulled out of attending the Christmas lunch on Thursday.
His links to an alleged Chinese spy, Yang Tengbo, caused controversy, especially as he gained access to Buckingham Palace and other royal palaces.

Yang has denied the espionage allegations, while the Duke of York admitted he “ceased all contact” with the Chinese businessman after following the Government’s advice.
Also joining Thursday’s festivities was Sienna’s older half-brother Christopher Woolf, known as “Wolfie”, Edoardo’s son from a previous relationship with American architect Dara Huang.
Both children were captured by photographers in the back of the car as the Mapelli Mozzi family made their way from the Palace grounds.
Sienna holds a notable position in the British line of succession, currently placed 10th after her mother Princess Beatrice, who is ninth in line.

The three-year-old holds the distinction of being Queen Elizabeth II’s youngest great-granddaughter.
She is also the first granddaughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah, Duchess of York.
The young royal’s presence at the Palace Christmas lunch marks a significant moment for the next generation of the Royal Family.
In October, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo announced they were expecting their second child together, meaning Sienna will soon become a big sister.

Buckingham Palace confirmed the news, stating: “Both families are delighted with the news.”
The announcement prompted a heartfelt response from Sarah Ferguson, who expressed her joy at becoming a grandmother again.
“Darling Beatrice, words can’t quite express the joy and excitement I feel as you and Edo prepare to welcome another precious addition to your beautiful family,” the Duchess of York wrote.
She added: “Becoming a granny again fills my heart with so much happiness and gratitude. Watching you grow as a mother has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and now to see your family blossom further is an absolute blessing.”
