Patrick Christys has delighted fans with an adorable update featuring his baby son, George.

The GB News presenter shared a playful snap from a “Daddy and son day”, inviting followers to “spot the baby”.

Posting on Instagram, Mr Christys uploaded a photo showing a colourful ball pit filled with soft play balls, with baby George hidden among them.

He captioned the post: “Daddy and son day!!! Spot the baby.”

The light-hearted update quickly drew a wave of reactions from fans, many of whom were charmed by the wholesome moment.

Several joked about Mr Christys joining in the fun himself, with one writing: “Surprised you’re not in the ball pool.”

Another added: “Cute, you should’ve got in there.”

“They grow up so fast,” one fan commented, as another echoed: “Enjoy it. He’ll be a sulky teenager before you know it.”

Some followers also pointed out how much George has changed in recent months.

“Gosh, he looks so grown up,” one wrote, while another added: “Patrick he’ll soon be your little toddler.”

Others couldn’t help but notice a family resemblance.

“He’s got mummy’s hair colour,” one fan observed, referencing Mr Christys’ wife and fellow GB News presenter Emily Carver.

The post also received a like from Ms Carver, who welcomed George with Mr Christys in September last year.

The couple have frequently shared glimpses into family life since becoming parents.

Baby George, now around seven months old, has already become something of a fan favourite among GB News viewers.

Mr Christys and Ms Carver first introduced him to audiences shortly after his birth, when they brought him into the studio for a special appearance.

Since then, the pair have continued to post occasional updates.

Earlier this year, the People’s Channel host melted hearts with another sweet moment showing George watching his mum on television as she returned briefly to GB News during maternity leave.

The presenter has previously spoken about his pride in becoming a father.

Ms Carver has also opened up about her experience, describing the early weeks with George as a “rollercoaster”.
