O2 has launched a major spring rewards campaign, giving customers the chance to claim thousands of free food items and cash prizes.

The mobile network is offering 50,000 complimentary Greggs Breakfast Baguettes, alongside five prizes of £10,000.

The giveaway is part of its Priority scheme, a loyalty platform available at no extra cost to O2 mobile and Virgin Media broadband customers.

The programme is designed to reward users with a wide range of perks, discounts and experiences.

This spring, O2 says it will distribute hundreds of thousands of rewards, including food, entertainment and exclusive access opportunities.

Customers can also enter prize draws for cash and other offers through the app.

The Priority scheme allows members to save up to £200 a month, according to O2. It also gives early access to tickets for major events, as well as experiences that are not available to the general public.

The latest rollout forms part of a wider push to increase value for customers as competition intensifies across the telecoms market.

The scheme delivered more than 8 million rewards to members throughout 2025.

Beyond the breakfast giveaway, Priority is offering a family Caribbean getaway valued at £10,000 in partnership with lastminute.com.

Theatre enthusiasts can enter to win a VIP package for Disney’s Hercules the Musical in London, comprising four tickets to the production, an overnight hotel stay, and a backstage tour.

Tens of thousands of Cadbury Mini Eggs and chocolate bars will be distributed through TGJones stores nationwide.

Customers seeking a meal deal can take advantage of half-price Chicken Burger Meals at more than one hundred Popeyes restaurants across the country.

Weekly rewards also include £1 Greggs savoury snacks and hot drinks for members.

Lisa Johnstone, Director of Priority, Loyalty & Reward at Virgin Media O2, said: “At O2, we think about loyalty differently it’s about how we show up for our customers and put them first.

“From free Easter treats to money-can’t-buy family experiences, Priority is all about giving customers real value every day, while enjoying exclusive access and once-in-a-lifetime experiences they can’t get elsewhere.”
