A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash on a motorway.
It happened on the M60 between junction 18 at Simister Island and junction 19, near Middleton, at about 20:15 BST on Friday, Greater Manchester Police said.
The man, who was in his 50s but has not been named, was travelling clockwise round the orbital motorway before he crashed. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved and police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to contact them.
