A model has been slammed as ‘shameless’ for dancing gleefully by her elderly boyfriend’s hospital bed after being named in his will.
Twenty-two-year-old Bronwin Aurora’s video is believed to be a joke, as her boyfriend, 85, appears healthy in more recent videos. She also pokes fun at the decades-wide age gap frequently.
But hundreds of commenters have criticized her, with one saying: ‘This is what happens when kids are raised by peers & the internet instead of adults. Forever acting like fools for attention.’
Many people said some iteration of ‘I hope he removes her from the will,’ and several referred to him as her grandfather.
One comment said: ‘Hope family sees this and adjusts the will. 1 cent sounds appropriate.’ Another wrote: ‘I would take her out of the will right then! Ungrateful little b****.’
Many others used the video to highlight TikTok’s dangerous chokehold on young, impressionable people. One commenter called it ‘another advertisement for not using TikTok.’
The video, posted by the Toronto-based model and captioned, ‘Guys I got on the will, should I pull the plug?’, earned slightly more than 122 thousand views on TikTok. But when it was reposted by the X account Libs of TikTok, it was viewed over a million times.
It took about one minute for the jabs to start rolling in.
The video, captioned about being in his will, was initially posted on TikTok and gained more traction after being shared by Libs of TikTok on X, surpassing a million views
Critics accused her of insensitivity, with many calling for her removal from the will and referring to the boyfriend as her grandfather
One person wrote: ‘This is what social media does to people. The good thing is that the internet is forever, and she showed her true colors, and everyone can see her for the heartless person she is. I hope he removed her from the will after that.’
Another said: ‘Hopefully the guy had enough energy left to reach the phone and ring up his estate attorney after witnessing this trash.’
And a third commented ‘One of the most disgraceful things I’ve seen on this app and that’s saying a lot. Brings to mind the old Twilight Zone episode where the family is waiting for the guy to die.’
The model has made jokes about herself and her relationship before.
She frequently posts videos of herself dancing in front of her boyfriend, who frequently uses a cane, dancing, including the criticisms she hears, such as, ‘He’s old enough to be your grandpa’ and ‘You’re only with him for his money.’
She often shares videos of herself dancing in front of her boyfriend, who regularly uses a cane, while addressing common criticisms about their relationship
She acknowledged the generation-wide gap between herself and her partner in a separate video, saying, ‘Age is literally just a number.’
‘I love him for who he is as a person, and he loves me for who I am as a person…obviously.’
She did not say for how long she and her boyfriend have been dating.

It is unclear who her boyfriend is and what she stands to gain when he dies. But her videos suggest that she enjoys poking fun at the age gap.
But her viewers don’t seem to get the joke.
A video she posted over the summer shows her walking and dancing gleefully next to her boyfriend, not using a cane this time, with a comment from a follower splashed across the screen that said: ‘There’s sick and then there’s sick [green sick emoji for emphasis]. That’s the biggest daddy syndrome I’ve ever seen.’
The hate hasn’t slowed her down, though, as she posted a suggestive clip to her Instagram page about 24 hours later.
The couple appears to take criticism in stride, with her boyfriend frequently appearing in her humorous videos making light of their differences. He even dances alongside her in several.
And in several others, she is gleeful outside of boutiques toting shopping bags from designer stores alongside her boyfriend, who she said paid for everything.
Her boyfriend does not appear to have a social media presence of his own and it’s not clear whether he has other family members who also expect to be included in his will.
