Pro-Gaza activists, clad in black clothes and masks, have shared a video appearing to show them beaming GB News’s Patrick Christys onto Villa Park ahead of tonight’s Maccabi Tel Aviv fixture.
The chilling video, published by the group Deenified, features four men on the streets of Birmingham along with the caption “Zionists not welcome”.
Ahead of tonight’s clash between Aston Villa and Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv, fury erupted when fans were banned from attending the game.
In light of clashes between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Ajax fans in Amsterdam last year, West Midlands Police classified the fixture as “high risk”.
The Safety Advisory Group responsible for Villa Park’s safety certificate then made the announcement, which both Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch slammed.
Despite the decision, Deenified shared the video of them taking to the streets in the dead of night.
In the first section of the clip, four men in hoods could be seen standing before the Villa stadium, looking up at what appeared to be a projection.
They watched a compilation of media personalities, including Patrick Christys, discussing the fixture.

Interspacing the talking heads were clips of the war in Gaza, showing both injured civilians and destroyed buildings.
Despite its appearance, GB News understands the addition of the news clips was overlaid onto the video in post-production rather than actually projected onto Villa Park.
“Disclaimer: while recording, we came across activists putting up placards, so we decided to record them as part of our video,” was also captioned in the post.
This set up the next section of the video, which showed other masked men fixing signs to lamp posts bearing slogans like: “If you see a Zionist, call the anti-terror hotline.”

One clip from the video saw one of the masked men sitting atop a wall at Villa Park waving the black, white, red, and green flag.
There were also several leering shots through the gates into the stadium. The video ends with a “Zionists not welcome” message alongside a picture of Tommy Robinson.
Deenified draw their name from Islamic teachings, claiming that: “Respect, honour and success only come through Islam.”
“Without the Deen, we are lost, but with it we are strong, united, and guided.”

Ahead of tonight’s Maccabi Tel Aviv fixture, several schools in Birmingham are set to shut their doors early amid continuing security concerns.
BOA Creative, Digital & Performing Arts Academy confirmed a 1.15pm closure, with its principal informing parents that “a number of schools in the local area” were taking similar action due to “protests” expected around the match.
The educational institutions are taking this precautionary measure despite West Midlands Police confirming they made no such recommendation.
