M&S Foodhall has launched a new addition to its YAY! Mushroom range, which is now available in powder form.
The new products feature two varieties – Lion’s Mane and Reishi – both verified by Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, who are recognised as global experts on mushrooms and their properties.
The powders come in convenient pouches, making it easier for customers to incorporate these speciality mushrooms into their daily diet.
This launch represents M&S’s continued innovation in the functional food category.

The new date and dark chocolate bars feature five ingredients or less, tapping into the trending ingredient that’s currently taking TikTok by storm – dates.
Each bar combines date paste with dark chocolate and minimal additional ingredients.

All three varieties are suitable for vegans, expanding M&S’s plant-based selection. The first of the new bars is the 4 Dark Chocolate Date Bar, containing just date paste, dark chocolate, coconut oil, and salt.
For nut lovers, the 5 Dark Chocolate & Almond Date Bar adds almonds to the same base ingredients.
Completing the trio is the 5 Dark Chocolate & Coconut Date Bar, which incorporates desiccated coconut for a tropical twist.
