Former Prime Minister Lord David Cameron was among the first on the scene of a fatal crash involving a Ferrari, it has been revealed.
The driver of the car, a man in his 30s, died when the luxury car left the road and hit a tree on the B1108 Watton Road in Marlingford, Norfolk, on Saturday afternoon.
The Met Police said Norfolk Police had confirmed that Cameron’s close protection officers provided first aid “immediately” following the collision.
The ex-Conservative PM was believed to have been on a shooting weekend nearby, as first reported by the Daily Mail.

A woman in her 30s, who was a passenger in the Ferrari, was taken to hospital with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries, Norfolk Police added.
She remained in hospital.
The road was closed until 21:00 GMT while emergency services dealt with the crash.
Police said they wanted to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the manner of driving prior to the incident.
Lord Cameron was Prime Minister from 2010-16, when he stepped down in the wake of losing the Brexit referendum.
