Lisa Armstrong has completed the sale of her former marital home with ex-husband Ant McPartlin, bringing an end to the final connection between the former couple.
The make-up artist accepted an offer of £3.2million for the five-bedroom west London property, which had sat on the market for more than two years before finding a buyer.
A source said she was “delighted that the last remnants of her marriage has been finally put to bed”.
The transaction, sold subject to contracts, represents a significant moment for Ms Armstrong, who divorced the television presenter in January 2018.

The property had been described as the “last link” between the pair following their acrimonious split almost a decade ago.
Ms Armstrong and Mr McPartlin originally purchased the house for £2.3million back in 2006, during happier times in their relationship.
The lavish property boasts five bedrooms along with an array of impressive amenities, including a private gym and cinema room.
Outside, the home features an 80-foot south-facing rear garden complete with its own garden studio.

When the property was first placed on the market in May 2024, it carried an asking price of £4million.
However, Ms Armstrong ultimately had to settle for a considerably lower figure, accepting an offer some £800,000 below her initial expectations.
The price reduction came after the property experienced significant setbacks during its time on the market, forcing the make-up artist to reassess her asking price.
A fire ravaged the property in September 2023, causing damage estimated at more than £1million and significantly impacting its value.

The blaze proved to be a major setback for Ms Armstrong, who had already been struggling to find a buyer for the home.
Following her divorce from the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! presenter, Ms Armstrong had chosen to rent out the property rather than sell it immediately.
The decision to eventually list the house came after years of letting it to tenants, marking a clear intention to move on from her past with Mr McPartlin.
The sale also follows the death of the couple’s dog, Hurley, earlier this year, which had been another remaining tie to her former husband.
The 12-year-old pet had been at the centre of a custody dispute during their divorce proceedings.
Ms Armstrong and Mr McPartlin’s marriage ended in January 2018, just two months before the television host crashed into two vehicles whilst more than double the legal alcohol limit.
He subsequently pleaded guilty to drink-driving, receiving an £86,000 fine and a 20-month driving ban.
The 50-year-old presenter entered rehabilitation following the incident and stepped away from television work for 10 months.

Mr McPartlin has since remarried, tying the knot with his former assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, 46, with whom he welcomed son Wilder in May 2025.
Ms Armstrong, meanwhile, has reportedly amassed a substantial property portfolio using her £31million divorce settlement.
Her acquisitions include a West London residence purchased for £3.8million in 2020 and a property near Oxford bought for over £700,000 in 2024.
