King Charles has said he is deeply shocked and saddened following the horrific attack in Manchester that has left two victims dead.

The attack took place at a synagogue in the Crumpsall area of Greater Manchester.

Two members of the public have died, with the attacker also believed to have been killed after being shot by police.

The police have been unable to confirm the attacker’s death due to “suspicious items on his person” with a bomb disposal unit at the scene.
